I don’t have no problem with Chez Paree yes everybody goes through things with properties but it’s not the property fault and it’s other properties as well cause I know it’s been a shortage on supplies do to Covid and a lot of places is going through the exact same situation I’m very content with my place I been a very long resident and I’m remaining one and too everyone each to own on your reviews .

I have put in several maintenance request for several things to get done. The maintenance team have fixed all request in timely and professional manner. They also check back with me to make sure that things were done correctly. The office team is very professional in handling my concerns and make sure that things are done correctly and timely manner.

My bathroom roof was needing to be fixed for at least two months, I had inquired about it a few times with no luck. I spoke with the new property manager and it was done the very next day😁
