I loved living at this property but I had to move to find a better job...It has almost been a year and I have not received my deposit. I have sent a email and called with still no resolution on how to get my deposit. I made sure to clean the property when I moved and was told I would be getting my deposit in the mail. But that never happened

I would not recommend this apt to anyone due to the manager Lamona, she is very unprofessional at her job. What complex refuses late rent, I thought the whole point was to make money. Around the time of my grandfather's death I told couldn't pay rent on time but I could pay the late fees. She called my supervisor at work and told her i was late on my rent.i called her boss and told them that she was harassing me. Because of that she started to dig up dirt on me and found that my lights where still in the complex name. So she sent a bogus letter to the me saying my rent check would go to the outstanding electric bill and I still had to pay rent on top of that. I had being living there for over a year and a half before this was noticed. So we went to court and she lied to the judge saying there was a clause in my contract stating that she could use my rent checks to pay the outstanding credit. The judge asked her to find that statement but she never could never find it. Honestly, me leaving this apts was the best thing that happened to me, and honestly I wish the ratings had a zero or negative function because it would get a negative 3 rating. Plus it needs a thumbs down function
