I really like living here. It's a smaller, secure building with great parking in a really convenient part of town. Rates are reasonable for the area, and I've never had an issue with management or maintenance. There are lockers for our packages with the codes texted to us, and we all have the option to add keyless entry codes to our doors. It's a great place to live.

When you are picking where to live the most important thing is location, location and location. In this case you have perfect location. I wish we had swimming pool but that is just nice to have. After living in the building for almost 2 years the best thing that ever happened was the change of management, now you can feel that there is somebody to take care for the building, elevators are clean again, hallways don't smell bad, underground parking is much cleaner and when you need help or maintenance everything is happening quick and easy.
