Between the great maintenance staff and quick turn-around on issues that arise periodically to the friendliness, warmth, and professionalism of the staff, we couldn't ask for a better place to live. The apartments are in great shape and are well-maintained, the playground is great for our kids, and the dog park is a favorite of our dog. We truly could not be happier anywhere else and we have been happy to call Quail Hollow home for two years now. Thank you to Ashley, Ryan, Steven, and Denny for everything that they do!

I’ve lived here for about 3 yrs. after deciding to relocate from Michigan. From the beginning, Ashley and Denny have always gone above and beyond with any concerns and/or issues I’ve had, always quick to get it resolved, and follows up to make sure I’m happy and the issues/concerns haven’t resurfaced. Ashley makes the leasing process easy and stress free. She consistently has a professional, warm, welcoming demeanor. She loves the community and has always strived to continue to make it welcoming, homey, and safe for all residents while adhering to the policies and rules for all to follow. Denny is the best maintenance guy I know. He’s very professional, proficient, quick, and very detailed in very thing he fixes. He takes pride in his work and sees it as a reflection of himself. There are many days I see Denny on the golf cart first thing in the morning going around cleaning up trash that’s blown around on the various lawn areas, as well as cleaning up around the trash bins. He’s a hard worker, very friendly, and always willing to take a moment to say “Hi!” Both Ashley and Denny treat Quail Hollow at the Lakes as their home welcoming in all who come and always striving to take care of the residents and the property with great pride and love in all they do. I’m grateful and blessed to call this place home.
