Nice landscaping (grass, trees, wild birds, and other critters). Lots of good (not covered) parking available. Has dog run area. Near two parks. On the public bus line. Has a small play area for the little kids. The kids also sometimes play on the grassy areas. No pool. Dog and cat pet friendly. During school time, the bus goes around the property to pick up and drop off the younger kids.
