The Reserve at Moonlight is probably the best apartment complex I have lived in. The office ladies are so nice to work with and they are there to answer any questions we had before moving in. They also do fun things every so often for the residents and I love that! We have put in a couple of tickets for maintenance and we have gotten Christian every time. He came the same day and fixed every single issue we had and he was always happy to help us out. I couldn’t imagine living at any other apartment complex here in Gardner!

I moved out last year when I was moving, and there was some confusion on the break lease fee, but overall I did really enjoy living here. The apartments are clean and kept up well, and the office people are very nice. The community is safe and usually pretty quiet. My only complaint was that sometimes the pool was kind of gross, but I did see maintenance working on cleaning it out so it didn't stay that way for long. Maintenance was quick to respond to any issues and they were very respectful. Management took concerns seriously and were polite even when there was misunderstanding on my part and I was frustrated. I would highly recommend renting from here
