Rented out by TDMI and at first it seemed good but its gone down hill over the last 2 years. They don't fix essential things like AC units that's been a battle and this was before winter thankfully its not needed right now. If you have any problems good luck getting help with it because they don't seem to care no matter what its about. Every year they bring up the tenant's rent that chooses to stay saying it has something to do with property value but if that's the case wouldn't new tenants have to start out at the new price as well? The tenants that stay and pay rent on time get higher rent amounts each year just seems crazy to me because I've never had to deal with increasing rent before now.
