Moved in June 1, 2023. I LOVE this APARTMENT and the building! In addition, Morgan and Destiny of Chesson Property Management have been great. Very responsive to all concerns and requests and super friendly. Update 7/2024 I've been here a year and just renewed my lease for another year. A few things have gone downhill but overall this is still a great place to live. THE PROS: The historic old school building is beautiful. There are no floor plans to view in advance because every apartment is unique. Beautiful original hard wood floors in my apartment. Though I did view a few that have laminate. All utilities and high speed internet are included in the reasonable rent. There is an elevator. Building entry is controlled by key fobs each resident has as well as a security code. All hallways and public areas are monitored with cameras. Brand new and modern appliances. 15 ft ceilings and 12 ft historic school house windows. (see pics) Pet friendly and they honor certified emotional support animals. They provide stations for pet waste cleanup that are kept stocked with poop bags. BONUS: The highschool's large former gym is a great place to have off leash playtime with your doggy. It's large enough for him to run around and fetch balls and clean enough to roll around with him. Management (Morgan and Destiny) is super nice and responsive. So far every other tenant I've met has been very nice. Most residents seem to be around college age but I've seen a couple of families and one or two old fogies like me. I've only been here a week but haven't heard any loud or disruptive neighbors. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Lots of great stuff in walking distance. Small town fare. Bonus - Close enough to the train tracks to hear the romantic lonesome sound of the train horns in the distance but not so close it becomes a nuisance.

My boyfriend and I are a resident of this building and I absolutely am in love with this place! It’s just perfect we have a one bedroom one bath and it’s very conveniently sized! Glad we got to get in here when we could! Some great features I love about the place so far is being able to control the temperature from inside the apartment, on site laundry, and having a dishwasher with our apartment!
