I’ve enjoyed living here so far. Great maintenance team and office staff, plus they don’t charge ridiculous prices for the most basic amenities/upgrades. Update: I appreciate that the leasing office staff knows enough about maintenance issues to explain what’s going on and what’s being done to fix it. I haven’t lived somewhere that leasing cared enough to know that much about maintenance since 2014 and it’s a welcome change. Another update: the maintenance staff continues to be amazing! My AC unit is on its way out and they’re doing everything they can to make sure I’m comfortable until a new one comes in. They’re also big on not wasting materials and resources which I love to see.

I have been living in this complex for a little shy of 4 years now since I relocated to Colorado. I have always loved this community and my apartment is spacious. I am very grateful to both Christina and Mikyla are both so great and have been so helpful in any situation I have ever had. Jaime and Eric are both amazing at keeping on top of the complex and I always see them out and about caring for our complex and they are super quick in turning around any maintenance issues I've had. I will continue to make this my home until I am ready to move on to being a homeowner hopefully sometime in the next couple years.
