After being a resident for 6 months, I can truly say I'm satisfied with the community here at Greens. The staff is always friendly and attentive to our needs. Mrs. Elva is a great leasing agent, she made sure we got what we were looking for and was a pleasure to work with. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues. The units are very nice and clean, we had brand new carpet on move in day and everything was ready to go. I will be happily renewing my lease.
I am very happy to have lived here for 3 years! The place is amazing. Letty and Elva help me solve my doubts and problems when they arise! And they are always attentive to keeping the place clean and organized!!!

I’ve been here since December of 2022 & let me tell you people, The office ladies Elva & Letty are the most professional, quickest working, friendly & helpful personnel that can run & entire property. Any small issue I’ve encountered they handled it for me in a snap. Maintenance is pretty efficient they work well & i haven’t had any secondary issues. They always answer the phone & if not at the moment they will within a few minutes unless they are closed but..there’s & emergency call line. Everything with this complex is well thought out, solutions to ever. issue, Fixes for every problem & communication for most to every question. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful, None problematic & Professional service/experience this is the place. As small as one bed & one bath(myrtle) & as big as 3 beds 2 bathroom(oak). Theres a nice sized pool for kids, A fitness area if your into that kind of stuff & also a Park for kids. Highly recommended. My apartment was thorough when i moved in & they even made a friendly message on the soft carpet upon the the tour & move in date. The office ladies try to have some type of event for the kids & residents every holiday.
My family has been living here at the Greens for almost 3 months and we have had a great experience. The management staff has been very friendly and accommodating to the needs of our family. Any time we have had any concerns or issues in our apartment, the maintenance staff has addressed and resolved in prompt fashion. The neighbors have been great and area has been quiet and peaceful so far. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a nice and easy going area to live.
This is how we were greeted this morning for Valentine's Day by the wonderful staff at The Greens at Schumacher Pond! They don't have to do this, but because of their kind hearts, they decided to give their residents breakfast for Valentine's Day.
I can honestly say that I am proud to live at The Greens. The staff here has always been professional, helpful & prompt when dealing with resident concerns & maintenance issues. If I could give you 10 stars I would. Special thanks to Leti, Elva & Scott for making apartment living a good experience for me & my family.

I am very happy with both the administrative staff or front office and the maintenance department. Letty and Elva have been very informative and extremely helpful in regard to taking care of any questions or issues, that has made my experience here as a tenant enjoyable. I also appreciate the service that Scott and Charles have done whenever I have had any maintenance issues. All of my maintnenance requests which were minor and the emergency request were not only fixed quickly but conducted in a professional manner. I am very happy and thank you all!!
I've been here just a little less than a year and I've been very happy with the property assistant whenever I see her. She's always so friendly and upbeat. Maintenance is also very friendly and is super quick to fix any issues I have. He also explains what the issue was and how he fixed it. Maintenance has come a very long way compared to when I first moved here. They really have done a great job and I don't feel bad having to put in maintenance requests compared to the previous service tech we had. I feel like my home is really being taken care of and not just a ticket to them.
