I am a current commercial tenant and this building is a gem. The current owners are first class, easy to work with and caring. They have upgraded the building and it's impressive as soon as you entered the building. Of all my rented spaces this feel and is my favorite in 25 years.

These apartments have been recently renovated and truthfully the new look is quite inviting. Please, feel free to check out all the interior photo shots. It is obvious that the new ownership takes good care of the complex.
