DO NOT LIVE HERE. Absolutely terrible management. The manager now is a lady named kristis, she is useless. My neighbor once smashed the hood if my car in for no reason, absolutely nothing was done on her part. All neighbors were drug users, large loud families, violent people, ect. Bryan the maintenance guy was very rude all the time and screaming on Bluetooth walking around the property. The laundry room was constantly disgusting, never cleaned, and the machines always broken, or never working properly. When I left the the lease for this place, (on time) they decided to charge me and extra month of rent, which was never paid to them, however they simply stole my security deposit instead. Even though the apartment was in perfect condition. On top of that they attempted to charge me an additional 300+ dollars, that you guessed it, I didn’t pay because they are extremely corrupt. Once again DO NOT LIVE HERE. TERRIBLY EXPENSIVE FOR TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND GARBAGE HOUSING. LOOK ELSEWHERE.
