The rent was reasonable and the condo was a pretty good size. You can't beat being within walking distance of so many tasting rooms.

Great location and price is decent. Units do not come with a fridge. Rent increases monthly after a year. You hear all footsteps, showers running, and toilets flushing if you have a downstairs unit. The pool was filthy, had a dead bird floating in the water. You could tell it had been there for a while.
