My family moved into orchard terrace in 1974 and some of us are still living there! I have seen managers and maintenance come and go and I have to say that Courtney is the best....if we need anything Courtney and the maintenance team come running. SHE IS THE BEST and I'm grateful for her.

Orchard Terrace is the best place to rent in the St. Clairsville area. Very affordable, extremely clean, and such a safe space to grow your family. Friendly management and maintenance team, always on it when a problem occurs. I am proud to call this place my home.
