The buildings are older, but the price is great. The apartments are a good size for the cost and location, and the utilities are cheap too. The people in the office are always friendly and willing to help, especially Pat! The maintenance people are quick to fix anything you need done. I lived here for about two years and loved it! I've never had any major complaints. Edited to add: I don't know who the "racy" receptionist mentioned in another review is, but the receptionists I came into contact with before and during my time here were always nice and professional lol
