great apartment for the price. i have a 2 bed 2 bath for $650. my neighbors suck and the layout is really closed spaced, but it's a great starter apartment. it cheap, it's very very nice and the staff is amazing. if there is anything that i would like them to change is the parking spots. they're numbered 2 spots per apartment and my neighbors are extremely uptight about it. my sister has been yelled at by them for parking in their spot on accident ( she didn't know what they meant), and one of my neighbors actually parks caddy cornered to cover both her spots 💀😂

I have lived here for almost 2 years now. I have really enjoyed living here. I live in the townhome layout and, for the rental rate, it is a very nice apartment. I have never had to complain about neighbors and everyone of them that I have talked to have been very nice. Any maintenance requests I have put in have been taken care of in 24 hours. Management has always been nice and very responsive to any questions or requests I have. I have recommended to several people and have had a few move here from my recommendation. It is not the highest quality of apartments for the area but management have maintained them very well and is worth the rent. My electricity has never exceeded over $60. It is a great little place to live!
