We offer spacious apartments with walk-in closets in some units, deck/patio, W/D hookups, ample parking, and an on-site laundry facility. Up to 2 pets welcome with a total combined weight limit of 40 lbs. Must be at least 1 year old, spayed/neutered, and up-to-date on all vaccinations. Additional security deposit and monthly pet rent required. This is a breathe easy smoke-free community. DISCLOSURES: *THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE PRIOR TO EXECUTION OF RENTAL AGREEMENT RENT: The following are MAXIMUM amounts.
