My cat and I enjoyed living in a single bedroom apartment at Stoneworth! Mark was always nice and helpful when I saw him or had to call him for anything. He decorates the complex for holidays like Halloween and Christmas and it really makes it feel more like a home! There is always a free parking spot, the complex was quiet, and my neighbors that had lived there for years were very nice! There was also no "sneaky" fees like other apartment complexes. I had a fixed bill every month, and I did not have to pay a lump sum pet fee or a monthly pet fee. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone, but especially someone that enjoys quiet and your own space!

I lived here for about two years and have nothing but good things to say about it: the neighbors are all quiet and polite and there is a nice sense of community here. The rent is very affordable, the property is very well maintained, and the owner and staff are very friendly and reliable. what made my experience here so good was how the owner was willing to work with me when I money was tight. He was very understanding of my situation and worked with me until I got back on my feet I cannot recommend Stoneworth enough. If anyone I know is looking for a place to live, temporary or longterm, this is the first place I send them.
