If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful apartment, Modera Apartments would be a great fit. It's a community filled with friendly neighbors and pet-lovers. While it's not a large complex, it is a well-equipped apartment with all necessary amenities. They have ample O&M team members, so most issues in the apartment are resolved promptly.
I forgot to mention one of the most important benefits. The apartment is perfectly located for access to the Cochituate Rail Trail. If the weather is good, you can reach the trail in less than a minute.

We had a problem with our air conditioning unit. The guys did a unbelievable job. Showed up very soon after the request order went in. Complete professionalism. Fixed the issue and let us know that a new thermostat will be installed later. Great service. Thank you.

I've lived at Modera Natick since October 2015. It has been a beautiful experience. The office and maintenance staff are very professional, courteous and helpful. Being a single father of two and living here has been wonderful.
The times i had a maintenance issue it was taken care of within 24 hours or less.The club house, pool, and gym are also a great amenity. Molly, John, Sean, and the new property manager Bryan have made my living experience here wonderful.

The staff is pleasant, patient and hard working. They make efforts to maintain the premises clean, orderly and safe. The amenities here are great! I liked having the pool open and they even hired lifeguards; not something that I’m used to, but it was a pleasant surprise. The treadmills in the fitness center just got fixed, which is a relief as it’s getting cold and snowy. The sidewalks and parking lots are kept free of snow in the winter. The apartment is nice and maintenance requests have been filled promptly.
It’s a little pricey and the treadmill repairs took a little longer than I hoped for, but I’d still rate this at 5 stars. Great work! Great place to call home!

The staff here has been amazing! Everyone. Leasing Office who began assisting us last fall when we were just thinking to make our move from the city. Showing apartments. Answering questions. Helping with parking options. Becoming our new best friends. The Maintenance Team who keep things working and looking good. Painting touch ups. Then helping us figure out electrical outlets. Always so quick and friendly and efficient! Everyone. Another huge plus is the package room. And the new entry system. Looking forward to warmer weather and meeting people around the pool and grill areas!
