Our office team is certified in the housing programs and works hand in hand with you during your initial eligibility approval and then for each year's eligibility review. Our qualified maintenance team is available to take are of all your maintenance needs, and also offers an after hours emergency hotline for those unforeseen problems that cannot wait until the next business day. Our management team has over 60+ years of combined experience in property management. We are here to help you every step of the way

I have lived here for a little less than a year, I have had no issues, it is a very quiet neighborhood. myself and my kids always feel safe. The kids also love the security guard as he always drives around and talks to them and gives them candies in the summer lol!

I got a approved for these last year but I had already got an apartment.. I was still considering these cause I need a bigger space for me and my kids plus my two kittens after reading the negative comments and I know someone who lives there that'd how I got the app....im not so sure about these now...I have one artist child and another with ADHD I wouldn't want no problems or accusations...I came to far to be homeless or having to argue about my residency.... I'll keep viewing the reviews though before making a choice
