The apartment has new and very good furnishings and the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and HVAC are all in good condition. The one main problem to keep in mind is noise. The building is right next to the 94 & memorial bridge intersection, and you can hear your upstairs/downstairs neighbors kinda well (but that's the case with many apartments). IMM has very good repair service and a responsive staff. However, the hallways did not seemed to be cleaned regularly.
