An event coordinator will also provide engaging resident activities and community events throughout the year, creating a welcoming and connected living environment. University Crossing is conveniently located near shopping, dining, public transportation, local universities, and some of St. Louis’ most popular attractions including the Delmar Loop, Forest Park, the Saint Louis Zoo, museums, entertainment venues, and more. With modern features, exceptional amenities, and beautiful curb appeal, University Crossing is more than just a place to live, it’s a place to call home. Rental Rates One-Bedroom Apartments: $900–$1,100 Two-Bedroom Apartments: $1,100–$1,300 Three-Bedroom Apartments: $1,250–$1,600 Income restrictions apply. Contact the leasing office for current availability and income qualification requirements. University Crossing will have Project-Based Voucher (PBV) waiting list. Applications not open at this time.
