This is my first apartment. I have lived here about 3 years now and all I can say is this place is great. It's pretty quiet other than the sirens from time to time but, it is located right across the street from a hospital (which to me is a major plus). The manager Cindy is amazing! If there are any problems, she is extremely quick to get them fixed. Our maintenance guy Tony is amazing as well. Very skilled at what he does. All the office staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They will help out anyway they can. The location is excellent as well. Being only about 2 to 3 miles from Azle, it's a quick drive to get whatever you need and back home. There are security cameras on every building. 2 dumpsters, a soda machine and a laundromat. Pet friendly as well. Overall, it's a great place to live. My kids and I are both happy here.

Cindy is a wonderful property manager! The complex is very safe and no one touches what doesn’t belong to them. Best place I’ve ever rented from!
