Resident pays $68 per month for Water, Sewer, & Trash ⸻ Rental Requirements: • Security deposit equal to half 1-month’s rent • $100 move-in fee • 1-year lease minimum (receive $100 off first month’s rent with a 2-year lease) • Income must be 2.5x the monthly rent • Maximum of 2 pets. $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet, plus $50 monthly pet rent per pet.
