I have lived here for a year and I have to say that either John and Jelena are both very nice persons and honest. Roul in a nice man staff who fix your apartment in 24 hours!! The apartment are big, nice and comfortable. BEst place in Galveston!

Do you enjoy inexpensive, quiet, and reasonably clean, rustic-style apartments? If so, you should live in these apartments. They are kept up nicely, both inside and out. These apartments are situated in a prime area. The personnel are always accommodating and quick to address issues. They respond with such impeccable timing. When it comes to their tenants, Wendy and Carly go above and beyond. Should they have the ability to do so, they will. The grounds and facilities are kept clean daily by friendly and courteous workers. Raul, the maintenance worker, was attending to one problem in my apartment and following up on the previous one. I was astounded. This property is top-notch, and so are the staff.
