Our spacious apartments are tastefully designed with a variety of amenities to make your life easier; including electric appliances, washer and dryer hook ups in every unit, a playground, 2 full bathrooms and onsite management. Our apartments are in a convenient location near schools and shopping areas! Units start at $815 - $1050 depending on size. Our 2 bedroom come in two different sizes: 808 sqft - 971 sqft. Our 3 bedroom units come in two different sizes as well: 917 sqft - 1044 sqft! Designs and layouts vary per unit. We are pet friendly! Pets are allowed upon approval with an additional monthly pet fee. Please call us at (620)225-0885 or come by the office for more information!
