This complex features 24 units with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 56 units with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and 4 units with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The total building size is 104,184 square feet, with an average unit size of 1,244 square feet. All units completely renovated. Main features listed below: • High efficiency heating system • Perimeter fence for security • Community center for activities and events • Onsite manager and maintenance personnel • Community/visiting room • Breakfast included in our newly remodeled community kitchen • Hard-wired smoke detector in each units • Fully remodeled and over-sized units with new flooring, paint, electrical, HVAC, plumbing fixtures • Washer & dryer hookup Garbage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove • Outdoor cameras • Plenty of parking spaces with some carports available for rent • Mostly 2 to 3 bedrooms units • Lush green and trees surrounding the property • Outdoor garden activities living • Wired for internet/WiFi (Xfinity offering some reduced rates-conditions apply) • 55+ Seniors and Veterans along with Senior Residents with “Section 8 Vouchers” are welcome.
