This complex features 24 units with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 56 units with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and 4 units with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The total building size is 104,184 square feet, with an average unit size of 1,244 square feet. All units completely renovated.
