I currently live here and love it! It’s very secure which is such a plus! The rooms are spacious and your own bathroom is super nice! I love having 24/7 amenities with your own amazon lockers! The maintenance and staff are amazing, I recommend signing a lease with 345!!

345 Flats staff is amazing (in addition to having great apartments and living spaces)!! They are beyond kind and very fast with responses to all my questions as little/stupid as they may seem. I signed my lease a few months ago and will be moving in this fall, looking forward to the continuing help from the office staff after move in!

********VENDORS BEWARE ******** I gave the review 5 stars so it doesn’t get pushed to the bottom. This is a brutally honest review for anyone considering signing a contract. I am extremely sad to report this but I have seriously had enough and think anyone who thinks this is a great lucrative contract, think twice. We have not received payment (70 days and counting since sending the invoice) to add insult to injury are the responses and lack there of. They will use every lame excuse you can imagine but never actually answer the question of WHEN am I getting paid? Just blame it on accounting and say things like, “I was out of the office” Or, “I’m not getting a response from accounting” and “I’ve been working on it” and never follow up I have to keep bothering them. There is no phone number for the accounting department or headquarters. I was finally given a generic email for accounting and they don’t respond either it’s really shady and unprofessional. We had a solid business relationship for FOUR years in a row until this year with final stage of actually getting paid. Management should be advocating for the vendors that make life easier that help them reach their goal of having a seamless turn. They fired the other companies that are supposed to do half of the units because they were not doing a great job. Clearly competent enough in our field to come back on repeat and take on the entire job with short deadlines and not much notice that our work is being doubled. Although we were incredibly grateful for the opportunity we deserve a better response than fluffy emails with no resolution. Also the management team does change often which should be a red flag anywhere. I handled every manager and assistants with grace and they do blow up. I actually felt pity for them knowing that they were under tons of pressure. However, if you’re newer in your field and haven’t experienced having a manager over aggressively freak out on you over very small and fixable issues then prepare yourself it can get pretty awkward at times. This year one of them was blowing up my cell phone demanding to know when my crew is coming it was very unnecessary. Especially since we had to leave the premises in the middle of the job for two days for the carpet cleaners to do their job after we showed up with ten people. Slowing down production and more money wasted since I paid my employees for their time. No one gave us a heads up until we actually arrived and waited for an hour. Also, I most definitely took time away from what I was doing to help with emotional regulation for some of these ladies as well. One year, we were overlapping units with the painters and the painters got angry that we were in “their” unit. One painter physically assaulted my husband while screaming in his face with spit flying out of his toothless mouth. The manager was at a loss as to how to handle it and I suggested putting us on separate floors to avoid that from happening again and that’s what they ended up doing. Totally avoidable issues with organized planning or more experienced people. However, I will say that the maintenance team is always super helpful and always treated us with the utmost respect and offered assistance with questions we had in a timely manner. They worked with us like a team how it should be. They showed us basic trust which goes a long way. They deserve an award. Patrick I’m talking to you buddy. My advice to Book n Ladder who is the property management company that owns it is 1. PAY YOUR VENDORS on time, try real communication not ignoring us and playing games. 2. Delegate the maintenance team the job of communicating with vendors on the job and leave the “management team” out of it they have too much stress or ego issues maybe both. 3. Whatever is going on with your revolving door of managers is most definitely creating a toxic work environment. We work with another local college and it’s simple, they tell us what units to clean. We do our job. They pay us a week later with zero drama. How a functioning business operates.
