I will soon be a resident of The Farwell and I couldn’t be happier. I am currently residing in another building run by the same management company and I have been very happy with them. The Farwell is a stunning building that has been restored to its former glory. The Tiffany mosaic ceiling is gorgeous. My apartment has a lovely view of the park and downtown through the massive windows and the rooftop is absolutely HUGE with beautiful panoramic views of the city. Before I signed my lease, the manager, Brian, was very accommodating—touring the apartment and several others 3 times before I made my decision. Patience is a true virtue with him. If you want a great downtown living experience in a very well appointed apartment, consider this Capitol Park property. Fair pricing for the area and more affordable than other options in capitol park.

I have lived at the Farewell for four months. I have nothing but praise for the management team (Kara and Sahar), who has always been extremely friendly and responsive throughout all our communications, as well as very helpful and flexible during the move-in process. The historic building's overall architecture and interior lobby design are stunning. The apartment interior space is well layout and tastefully appointed, with modern lighting and plumbing fixtures as well as very functional kitchen and bath cabinet designs. All appliances are brand new and very functional, and the central heating and cooling systems work very efficiently. I would highly recommend The Farwell if you are looking to live near Capital Park.
