There is a constant odor of “sweet skunk” from marijuana smoking. Washers/dryers go months without repair. Police are called frequently to handle disturbances. Rent is going up a total of $240 this year! My dishwasher hasn’t cleaned anything since I moved in; only splashes hot water around. Current manager not well liked! Maintenance is shoddy at best.
