This apartment has two points of entry: through a common area off of the first floor porch is the first floor entrance that opens directly into the kitchen, and upstairs on the second floor is a second entrance that opens directly into the massive bedroom and living area. Both entrances are secured with deadbolt locks. On the second floor off of the common area is a shared balcony. The bathroom features both a bathtub and a stand-up shower, along with a vanity and an additional cabinet above the toilet for extra storage. Upstairs, you’ll find a walk-in closet with built-in shelving, plus adjustable floating shelves on the opposite wall—perfect for customizing your storage setup. Off-street parking is available for one vehicle in a private lot that is maintained during the winter months. Coin-operated laundry on site for all residents in a separate laundry room out back.
