The bathroom is a good size, with a glass shower door- no pesky shower curtain to have to deal with! With plenty of space and storage, you do NOT want to miss this unit. Resident is responsible for the heat (propane- Gillespie), hot water and electric (Green Mountain Power), and cable/wifi if desired (Xfinity). Off street parking for ONE vehicle. Coin Op washer/dryer in the building! We love animals, however only service animals and emotional support animals allowed with approval. Vet records required. Dogs must be met prior to approval.
