One of the best living situations I've had. Management is prompt and helpful, the property is very peaceful and quiet, and the location is perfect (close to downtown but not too close, next to Wilson Park which has tennis courts and running trail access).

The apartments here are so beautiful and nice, however, management is horrendous. Horrible horrible experience. I was a resident at The Wilson and they claimed to have "lost" my money order of 50$ for an application fee for my subleaser in the mail, made me and my roommates pay the balance online instead by threatening us with legal action of an "unpaid balance", and then when I went to my bank to put a stop order on my money order since it was "lost" my bank informed me that the money order was actually received and cashed in by Trademark. I have been in correspondences with them since SEPTEMBER 2019 about this issue and they still have not refunded me. Every time I contact them, they say they will have someone reach back out to me, then when time passes and I ask for an update, all 3 property managers get extremely confused like they are hearing this problem for the first time, despite the fact I've been explaining and explaining this problem since September. I'm not sure what's going on here, but it's not an honest business. This entire situation has been extremely horrible and unprofessional. I feel like I just got scammed out of my money.. I still haven't gotten a refund, but I will update here if I ever get it back.
