Some buildings/units offer private balconies. Some units offer view of the lake and surrounding greenspace. All homes come with a fully equipped kitchen. Flooring options include vinyl plank, carpet and laminate. This community is great for families, students and seniors, and is within walking distance of transit. The area features walking trails to the lake and is close to the sports centre. Only some of these buildings in this complex are pet friendly and some are non-smoking. Please check with your leasing agent to understand which building will suit your needs. Resident insurance and 24-hour emergency maintenance included.
