These homes offer private balconies and a community green space. Some suites feature views of greenspace, coulees and trails. A children’s park is located across the street. All homes come with a fully equipped kitchen and in-suite storage. Flooring options include carpet, laminate, vinyl plank and tile. Some upgraded units are available. Shared laundry facilities are offered in the building. This neighbourhood is family-friendly, student-friendly, and seniors-friendly. Scenic Heights is on the southside of Lethbridge and very convenient for students of Lethbridge College. Transit stops are located near-by. Scenic Heights includes designated parking with electrified parking in a paved parking lot. This building is pet-friendly and welcomes up to two dogs, cats or birds per suite. A pet deposit/fee applies - please inquire with the leasing team. Resident insurance and 24-hour emergency maintenance included! * Telus and Shaw services are subject to availability and not available in all suites.
