My family and I have been residents for almost 7 years. We’ve been very happy here the entire time. The environment is quiet, peaceful and safe. The office staff is friendly and attentive. Anything that we need as far as maintenance is done quickly and efficiently. We enjoy all the amenities here (gym, pool, etc…), but the landscape and garden areas are a definite favorite and perfect for walks with pets and kids! If you’re looking for a place to live, I highly recommend!

My wife and I moved to El Paso at the end of last year. My wife had never been to the U.S. before so when we found the Forty649 apartments we were so happy. First and foremost the gated community put my wife at ease right away. Then the gym, pool, and outdoor amenities put the complex over the top. There is everything you need in the gym which saves money on a gym membership. The office staff was so welcoming and informative from the first second we stepped into the office. Smiles are infectious and the ladies inside lit up the place. They listened to our wants and needs and found the perfect apartment for us. The apartment is and was clean on arrival. The appliances are updated so that was nice as well. Plenty of closet space too. The location is also very good based on shopping and El Paso as a whole. You can get anywhere the city in a short amount of time. Overall I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Forty649. The vibe is fresh, relaxing and quiet which is nice to come home to each and every day. Thank you!
