Customer service so far has been great. The office has been very responsive from Alex to Isha. despite the reviews the office has been upfront about the high-water bill that occurs, the amenities fees, and the trash process. During this search I've noticed that many apartments are combining their water bill (it's high too) and then dividing it amongst the occupied units. It may not seem fair but it's becoming the new norm with apartment living. To the office staff keep up the good work so far with future residents I'm pretty sure you all will overcome the review obstacles over time. To apartment searchers remember no complex is perfect they all have break ins you just might have gotten lucky that your belongings didn't get broken into. Every complex has flaws it just depend on what you as a renter choose to deal with! Have a great day all!

My family and I have leaved here since 2012 and we just love it here!!! The community is quite and so peaceful and the scenery is just as beautiful all year round! The office staff I believe is the best part about this place! The office Manager Crystal is always upbeat and so happy to help you! When I say she not just trying to get a sell she really want you to be a part of the family! Once you sign the lease she remains the same! Ms. Michelle is awesome she always willing to help as well and let you know if a package was sent to you when it’s delivered to the office. I just love these ladies they make leaving in a house over rated!!!!
