12 month lease with 1st and security deposit required. Tenant is responsible for electric, water/sewer. Lawn care and trash are provided. We do accept dogs (55lb and under), and cats. Non refundable pet fee $250 and $50 per month per pet. We do require good credit, clean background and steady income. NO sec 8/vouchers.
