We lived there for 3 years before moving this past summer- the landlord is exceptional. He ALWAYS works with you, takes care of maintenance issues (not to mention Tony is a great maintenance guy), and all around takes great care of the building. Hardly ever heard our neighbors because the walls are so thick. We honestly only moved because we wanted a puppy, but hands down the best apartment we lived in/best landlord.
