The place is well maintained. I enjoyed the convenience of all the surrounding stores and shops. The neighborhood is a bit rough and you probably should not be walking outside after hours, but aside from that, I thought this place was a bit of a gem.

I just moved in to this property but I can honestly say everything has been pleasant so far. They keep the grounds extremly clean and neat and they do things for the tenants. They just gave all the kids in the complex a back pack with school suplies. I was and am extremly grateful. So far so good. Thank you AMC/ Northwind.
