I’ve lived here for a bit over a year now, and I really like it. It’s quiet, the pool is very nice and has a good deep end, trash is convenient, and the location overall is very convinient to all things murfreesboro. It feels like I’m never more than 15 minutes away from anything! maintenance is very fast and you can set preferences to fit your lifestyle.

Looking forward to calling Roosevelt home - Cute property - nice dog park and gym. Love the pink French doors. Great location close to everything, but off the main street, nice and quiet. Sweet Staff.
