We have and continue to remodel our floor plans with new cabinets, new countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwaves, washer and dryers in the units, new light fixtures, finished wood flooring, vanities and mirrors and more! We have also upgraded and renovated our buildings hallways, common areas security with code entry, new roofs on each building, re-did whole parking lot and new landscaping! We are pet friendly! Our Pet Policy Is: $200.00 Non-Refundable Deposit Cat: $25.00 Monthly Pet Fee Per Cat, Limit 2 Dog: $50.00 Monthly Pet Fee Per Dog, Limit 2 (35 Lbs)
