I have lived at Tierra Antigua for over five years. The architecture of the buildings and the large number of windows in the units are what influenced my decision to live here. Since those initial impressions, the office staff, particularly Dylan and Kay Lynn, have been extremely helpful to me. They readily respond to my questions and are always pleasant and professional when I have a request. Preston who is part of the maintenance staff is a skilled worker who not only fixes what is broken, but clearly explains to me what was wrong or what needed to be repaired. He too is pleasant, prompt, and cleans up after his work is completed. I still appreciate the many windows in my apartment which let in the bright sunshine of New Mexico and allow spectacular views. As a final note, I think I have wonderful neighbors who are friendly, helpful, and considerate people.

I've lived at Tierra Antiqua for 9 months and am completely satisfied with living here! I've lived in a few complexes, here in town, and never had such a clean move-in experience. My apartment is spacious, clean, quiet and updated through out! Management is always kind, attentive and prompt! I am excited to renew my lease, early! Never, have I ever moved into a new apartment that had fresh carpet installed just for me! I love the updated counter tops and better-than-average cabinetry installed in my apartment as well. When I say quiet, I mean quiet (especially for apartment life). Rarely, do I hear my neighbors through the walls! Construction on these apartments is done really well and to me it makes it worth the rent. Thanks for my Home Sweet Home, Tierra Antiqua!

The Village at Tierra Antigua is a nice quiet community, very private living which I love. Staff is kind and help out as soon as they can along with service requests once they receive them. The location is perfect it is right next to grocery stores, gas station, gyms and restaurants. The move in was quick and smooth as the girls in the office were very communicable and available.

Moving into Quincy has been a blessing especially compared to the apartments I was coming from. Nikki has been amazing to work with, she listens to my concerns when there was an issue. The communication has been one of the best experiences I have had with any office in an apartment. We are very happy here! Another thing that I love is that we are able to schedule a day for our work orders without an issue, my previous complex would give me so much hassle regarding this. I have recommended this place to my friends, and it’s even better is when your neighbor from the last place moves in and is your neighbor again!

All of the staff is very friendly and seem to genuinely care that their residents are happy. I've never had to wait long for a repair and the pool areas are awesome, really great spaces to spend time in. The apartments are spacious with large bedrooms and plenty of closet space. For my family, having our OWN parking spot and garage really sealed the deal. I think this complex is a good deal and I really shopped around before signing, I still feel we made the right choice after living here for over a year.

We had an amazing apartment that over looks the park! The apartment was huge! My neighbors were amazing! There was no crime, and the property was kept very clean! Any work order that was needed, Holly, our office manager took care of it promptly and attentively! We had some hardship come into our lives and Carrie Valdez (Property Manager) made sure we were takin care of personally! The maintenance manager, Mike Would come and personally check on all of our issues! The staff is amazing! The apartments are amazing! The neighborhood is gorgeous! What can I say we had an amazing Stay at the apartments and we had a hard time leaving! Not to mention a year-round, hot tub! The gym is always kept clean! In the summer the pools are Beautiful! And each apartment has its own garage, which Car safe from Weather! Not to mention, gave me peace of mind! What a wonderful place to call home!

I have been living here for the past 2 1/2 years and I love the area and how close it is to everything you need!
I personally love the management team! Nikki is the absolute best and sweetest person ever and is super helpful with basically everything! They are super dog friendly and have been nothing but sweet and loving to my dog Chorizo. They all love her and give her treats on a daily basis! I highly recommend going in and saying hi and bring in your dog!
The park is walking distance and perfect for dogs! My baby (mini dachshund) grew up in this park and everyone is super friendly.
Definitely come give this place a try and make sure to make friends with everyone! You won’t regret it.
