Very nice and quiet. The apartment I'm in is like new. Chey has been so helpful. Got a chance to met Amanda they make you feel like family easy to talk to. I would recommend to anybody. If you have any problem with your place they get it fixed. 5 star for me.

I moved in May and had to do it a bit more rushed than ideal but they got things ready for me quickly. Since living here I have only had one issue to call maintenance over and they got the repairs done quickly as well. Staff is easy to communicate with also. Rent is affordable and only place I saw with a washer and dryer and those pay for themselves.

Have lived at meadow lake apartments for about 6-8 months now. I have had little no problem out of the people that live here except for the guy upstairs always what seems to sound like running a marathon until the wee hours of the night. The property has added speed bumps to try to combat the residents and their guests from speeding through the lots. They are upgrading things as we speak right now with new signage and has redone the parking lots and filled in all the pot holes that were a big problem for a while. The manager Amanda and her assistant Shay are the two nicest people and most helpful i have dealt with. They are both very informative about grounds maintenance and hold regular events for the residents. Though this place does have a bad rep for some shady things going on i have not seen it.

Maintenance guy came promptly to fix our ac was very considerate kind and compassionate came in fixed my ac took the fan out of the window closed the window and turned on the ac all while letting me sleep and locked the door on the way out! Very grateful for this. Also has been an overall great experience since we moved in staff has been very helpful and understanding and has been a wonderful experience for my kiddos would highly recommend

I lived at Meadow Lake for two years. Initially I'll admit I was skeptical due to the bad reputation of Meadow Lake prior. I had heard a lot of negatives claiming the clientele was rough there. I met the property manager who assured that she was a no nonsense property manager. She is exactly that. She has cleaned up the property by getting rid of previous clientele making Meadow Lakes a respectable safe property to live in. Don't get me wrong bad apples do sneak in but she handles them very swiftly. The remodeled apartments are super nice. If your looking for a nice apartment with a good price call them.

I'm going on year two of living in this complex & it has been nothing but great! The Property Manager is so kind and understanding, as well as Chae in the front office. They involve others when it comes to holidays as well! & my favorite part is how quick maintenance is on requests and how good of a job they do! Since being here, they've done a lot of updating in the apartments as well as the outside to make them look nicer & up to date. It's just such a nice place to call home!

I have been here for about a yr 1/2. I had heard some negatives before moving in. However, in my experience The management team are doing a great job keeping the Grounds nice, upgrading all the time and Are super friendly and willing to help where they can. Very nice and peaceful place. Great place to call home

This place is amazing! You can fish in the pond and keep what you catch, space for kids to play and run around, the apartments are so different from when I first lived here 3 years ago! Management and staff are so helpful and nice. I love it!!
