Every apartment has its own private outdoor space and most apartments have soaring 20’ tall ceilings and spiral stair cases that lead up to a sleeping loft. Orchid also contains several communal courtyards throughout the project that are the perfect places to read a book or chat with a loved one. Normal Heights is one of the most sought after urban neighborhoods in San Diego. It possesses the quaint qualities of a charming close knit neighborhood while still having the exciting and colorful elements of City life. Orchid is located on the dynamic commercial corridor, Adams Avenue. It is right next door to Vons and Rite Aid making shopping for groceries and daily needs ultra convenient.
