I lived in a beautiful 1 bedroom apt with a balcony! What’s nice about this apartment complex is that there are cameras and police there to ensure your safety. Never had any issues with my apartment except the occasional roach every so often during the summer (My apt was underneath a pecan tree). All you have to do is close/block the drains- bath tub and the bathroom and kitchen sink and to stay very clean (I’m a neat freak)!!. Nick, the maintenance guy is the absolute sweetest! I hear he fixes stuff very quickly. The office manager, Brandy, is so lovely and was there to help me with any questions I had. The lawns always look so nice and all the neighbors are so friendly. Great pool to swim in once opened. Wonderful community to live in all around. There’s also a beautiful small lake across the street to take advantage of, as well as, a plethora of bars and restaurants close by!!
