I've lived here for 4 years. Maintenance is great, the neighborhood is safe and comfortable, and despite the age of the apartment complex, it is well maintained and pretty. The new Maintenance is amazing, and has fixed some problems that needed to be addressed. Upstairs unit A/C works great, and downstairs. They don't have a site, so you have to call for more information. I highly recommend this apartment. They are usually always at capacity, and their town homes have a waiting list, so the sooner you call the better. :)
