I have lived here for 15 months and have had no problems or complaints with living here. They have been extremely kind and understanding with many situations and been extremely helpful. Hannah is fantastic and an absolute gem who I can't believe isn't sick of me yet since I feel like I have blown up her email first handedly for the past 2 months. She is kind, positive, understanding, and responsive. Carmen at the front is super lovely as well and was the person who showed me the apartment first last year! I'm super happy to say that I have resigned and been able to stay here and am so happy about it and would not have been able to do it without Hannah and all her help! I don't know much about pricing around Longmont, but compared to a lot of what I have found, it seems reasonable and like I said, they are responsive, inclusive and always on top of things. The cherry on top is that maintenance is fabulous too! I have only had to put in a few requests, but they were all handled as fast as they could have been and that is something that I feel is most important with apartment complexes these days! It is also very quiet, clean, safe, and have had no issues of any kind with any fellow neighbors. I definitely am satisfied here. Thanks to all you guys for making it a great place to live :)
