About Bellamy Hill
Bellamy Hill House is located right off 97 Avenue on the outskirts of Downtown Edmonton. Suites offer great views of Telus Field, Walterdale Bridge, and the North Saskatchewan River. There are lots of great walking/biking trails, cafes, and parks nearby. It's been well maintained since it opened and properly cared for over the years. The location of the building offers a good balance if you want to live downtown without all the noise and foot traffic that comes with it. This is a pet free property, with a shared laundry room. Resident Manager lives on site. Please call our Resident Manager at 780-428-6488, office hours are 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday, to schedule a viewing
