This place is such a terrible one to rent. DO NOT TRUST this place. They’ll take 1200 security deposit and deduct 600$ Claiming cleaning fee. I’ve been in so many rental properties but none of them have charged more than 200. What’s worse is the rental property agrees for short term lease and month-month extension but makes you vacate at a short notice if they have a new client willing to move in and stay for longer term. Plus they charge you too much for the dog which is highly overrated for such a property. DO NOT MOVE IN if you value your money. Last but not the least, they’ll agree initially for the move in date you wanted and then force you to move in earlier if you decide to rent this place.

This place is run by a thief. We went and did an apartment tour, then paid close to$80 and applied online. Then we never heard another word from them, they just took our application fees and then nothing. This guy's a thief. The place is a joke.
