I really like the place and the amenities like security and maintenance. Floors are loud indeed as reviews stated but management did tell me prior to move in and has been great the last few months. I love it so far and the water view its my favorite part. Also the community events and little things here and there are great

I lived here with my two children for one year and hated to leave. Wonderful, spacious apartment. No insulation between apartments or floors but we were lucky to have great neighbors. Our apartment had the water view which was pretty and peaceful. Staff were VERY responsive and professional. Public spaces were clean and looked lovely. There were cookouts and holiday themed parties. Really enjoyed living there.
